How it decides
The crop follows the subject
Instead of a fixed centre crop, the window tracks whoever is talking and eases between positions so the motion reads as a camera move rather than a jump.
Cuts respect the speaker change
On a two-person recording the frame moves when the speaker does, which is the same decision a human editor makes and the reason centre-crop looks wrong on interviews.

What it won't do
- It won't invent picture outside your original frame — a vertical crop of a wide shot is still a crop, so anything past the edge is gone.
- It won't track a subject it can't see; footage where the speaker leaves frame falls back to a held composition rather than hunting.
